Fruit Sandwish




  • 8 oz SUIZA American Cheese

  • ½ “Golden Delicious” apple

  • ½ pear

  • 4 slices special toasted bread

  • 2 tablespoons mixed nuts

  • ½ cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey


Cut the apple and the pear into thin slices. Place the cheese on two slices of bread, then fruit and chopped mixed nuts. Cover with the remaining two slices of bread and cut into halves. Serve with a sauce of yogurt with two tablespoons of honey.

Mango & Cheese French Toasts




  • ¼ cup mango chutney

  • 8 thick slices bread

  • 4 slices SUIZA American Cheese

  • 4 oz thinly sliced turkey

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 oz Cointreau

  • ½ stick butter

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Powdered Sugar


Spread the mango chutney between four slices of bread, place 1 slice of cheese and cover with remaining bread slices. Mix milk, egg and Cointreau, dip the sandwiches in this mixture. Heat oil and butter and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sugar.



Stuffed Pancakes




  • ¾ cup pancake mix

  • ½ cup SUIZA milk

  • 1 cup diced banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • ½ cup Cream Cheese

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract


Combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, and half of the banana. In a skillet, heat ½ tablespoon of butter and half vegetable oil for each pancake. Prepare two large pancakes and keep warm, covered with aluminum foil. Whisk the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Place this mixture over the pancakes and fold in half. Garnish with bananas.

Chicken & Cherry Tomatoes Sandwish




  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes sliced in half

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

  • ½ teaspoon salt and pepper

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Spinach

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 3 cups cooked boneless chicken breast

  • 1 lb Puerto Rican bread

  • 6 slice SUIZA American Cheese

  • 2 cups de espinaca fresca.


Preheat oven to 300°F. In a skillet pour one tablespoon olive oil and cook the tomatoes over medium heat. Remove from heat and add two tablespoons of vinegar, thyme, ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, garlic and mustard. Open the bread. Garnish the spinach with the remaining oil, vinegar and salt. Place the tomatoes, cheese, chicken and spinach over the bread.



Turkey Saltimbocca




  • ¼ cup flour

  • ½ tablespoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon sage or thyme

  • 2 turkey breasts

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 thin slices of ham

  • 4 slices SUIZA American Cheese

  • ¼ cup de white wine

  • ¼ cup low sodium chicken broth


Cut the turkey breasts in two, place them inside a plastic bag and crush until ¼ inch thick. Mix flour, salt, and herbs. C over the breasts with this mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil over medium heat and cook the breasts until golden brown on one side for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and cover with a slice of ham and cheese. Add wine, chicken broth and cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens, about 2 minutes more. Serve with pasta.

Chicken Rolls in Mushroom Sauce




  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 4 thin slices Black Forest Ham

  • 4 slices de SUIZA American Cheese

  • 1 whisked egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • 3 tablespoons salt-free butter

  • 1/3 cup white flour

  • 8 oz mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon diced shallots

  • 1/3 cup dry white wine

  • 1 can sliced tomatoes

  • 1 cup heavy cream


Cut the chicken breasts in half, place them in a plastic bag and crush them until ¼ inch thick. Place ham and cheese on top and roll like a wrap. Cook the rolls for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Add the heavy cream until it thickens. Pour the sauce over the roll. Serve with vegetables or rice.



Stuffed Hamburger




  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ diced onion

  • ½ lb ground beef

  • 1 whisked egg

  • 2 chives

  • 2 tablespoons de fresh basic

  • ½ tablespoon cumin

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 2 slices SUIZA American Cheese

  • 2 onzas sliced rehydrated dry tomatoes


Sauté onions in oil, let cool. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese and tomatoes, form balls and make a hole inside. Fill with cheese and tomatoes. Cook on the grill over medium heat. Serve with warm bread, tomato and lettuce.
